2. Confirmation
We confirm availability and the total price. Nothing is booked until we confirm — and once we do, the technician reaches your location within 15 minutes.
3. On-site jump-start
The technician checks the battery area, connects the jump-start equipment safely, and starts the engine.
4. Advice before you drive
We explain whether the battery seems to be holding charge and whether you should get it tested.
A jump-start is not a battery replacement
Jump-starting gives a discharged battery enough power to start the engine. It does not repair a battery that is damaged or worn out.
If the battery is faulty, won't hold a charge, or the car has another electrical problem — such as a charging (alternator) or starter motor fault — additional service may be required. Our technician will explain what they find.
For safety, we may decline to jump-start a battery that is visibly swollen, cracked or leaking.
