How much does car jump-start assistance cost in Hyderabad?
Our car jump-start service is ₹399. For requests after 10 PM, an additional ₹200 night charge applies (charged separately). We confirm the total price before a technician is dispatched.
Does ₹399 include travel charges?
We confirm the full price, including any travel charge, on the phone or WhatsApp before a technician is sent, so you know the total upfront.
Areas
Is the service available in Madhapur and HITEC City?
Yes. Madhapur and HITEC City are core service areas, including Ayyappa Society, Kavuri Hills, Raidurg, Mindspace and office car parks. See Madhapur and HITEC City.
Do you provide assistance in Gachibowli and Jubilee Hills?
Yes. We cover Gachibowli (with the Financial District and Nanakramguda) and Jubilee Hills (with Banjara Hills).
Which other areas do you cover?
Film Nagar, Kondapur, Kavuri Hills, Kothaguda, Raidurg, Manikonda, Ayyappa Society, Durgam Cheruvu surroundings, Shaikpet, Narsingi and Kukatpally (near Lulu Mall). For other nearby locations, call us to check availability.
Booking
How do I book a jump-start service?
Call 8309566095, message us on WhatsApp, or use the request form. Your booking is confirmed only once our team replies.
What information should I share about my location?
- Your WhatsApp live location (📎 → Location → Share live location)
- The area and a landmark — gate, tower name, mall entrance, metro pillar number
- In a building: parking level, zone and slot number
- Your car's make, model and fuel type
How long will the technician take to arrive?
Our technician reaches your location within 15 minutes of booking confirmation. If heavy traffic, rain or high demand means it would take longer, we tell you before confirming — so you can decide.
The service
What happens if the battery does not hold a charge?
A jump-start gets a discharged battery going; it doesn't repair a damaged one. If the battery is worn out or faulty, or there's another electrical issue (such as the alternator or starter), the car may not start again. Our technician will explain what they find and what further service might be required.
Do you service petrol and diesel cars?
Please share your car's make, model and fuel type when you contact us, and we'll confirm whether we can help before sending a technician.
Is the service available at night?
Yes. Requests after 10 PM carry an additional ₹200 night charge on top of the ₹399 service price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We'll confirm accepted payment methods when you book.
Should I try jump-starting a swollen or leaking battery?
No. A swollen, cracked or leaking battery can be dangerous. Keep away from it and tell us when you call.
